Katana Hooks Introduction

Many top anglers have converted to Katanas as their hook of choice, in both social and competitive angling. Check this thread out every now and then and you will also be converted to this super hook in no-time!
This thread will serve as the spokesperson for the Katana hooks. Please email us pics and details of catches made on Katanas and we will load them here. Good quality photos may also be used for advertising purposes with your consent.

I have used the katana no.6 hooks on two occasions now, both times targeting white stumpnose. These hooks are super sharp, extremely strong and has a nack of getting a solid hold without having to strike at the fish. At the iron ore comp I was able to get quota while others around me were not doing well at all. The gentleman next to me was really struggling. I gave him one of the katana`s and he immediately started landing fish. When I switched to my braid set up I noticed that even less rod motion was needed to set the hook. I definitely recommend the hook for edibles as alot more of your missed hookups will now result in fish.

Got 2 bronzies on 120lbs steel and a trace with a single 4/0 Katana hook. First fish was 84kg and the second one 11kg. The 84kg gave me one hell of a fight, lasting almost 2 hours! Very impressed with the hooks.
